Education Outreach

As of 2006 Haiti had a 48.7 % literacy rate, meaning that only 48.7% of the total population , age 15 and over can read and write. Passion Rescue Mission is dedicated to improving this under developed country’s educational system and greatly appreciates all of our partners and contributors. In order to continue supporting our teachers, administrators and staff, as well as offer our students a completely tuition-free education, we thank you for your donations and involvement in our mission!

Spiritual Outreach

Our second annual spiritual enrichment retreat/revival aims to impact and change lives through the Spirit, Mind, and Soul. This year’s theme is I will not Lose my Praise. Please think about joining us on this spiritual journey.

Verse: Psalm 34:1-3
(1) I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.(2) I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.(3) Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together.

Nutrition Outreach

School, work, and extra curricular activities all require the proper energy sources and well balanced meals to best help us function. In Haiti, it is not as easy to find and work for those meals. Many days, one meal is all the children at our school get to eat, and other days there may not be any meal at all. With your help, our goal is to raise support to consistently feed and nurture the students at our school and ensure that they have at least one meal each day they attend classes. Learning is much easier when your focus is not on your empty stomach. Please help our children by getting involved today!

Health Outreach

Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. There are areas of the country where the healthcare system is overburdened that most people have limited or no access healthcare. Hospitals do not exist in sufficient numbers to be easily accessible to the rural poor; many of whom have to walk an entire day only to find that the medicine his/her child needs is out of stock or they cannot afford it. This project will bring relief to the unfortunate who are unable to pay for medication or get an examination performed. It is our goal to place a clinic in this rural, mountainous place in Haiti called Francois. This clinic will be equipped with space for treatment, lab, an exam table, pharmaceutical storage for all medications and a variety of reproductive health services, including prenatal care.
